What is the KTH Waitlist?
The KTH Waitlist is a list of people that are waiting to join KTH as a member. This is not a first come, first served waiting list, people on this list are randomly selected when a KTH membership space opens up. Giving everyone a fair chance to become a KTH member.
How long does it take to get on the KTH Waitlist?
It depends on the our membership capacity, new spaces can become available in a few days up to a few weeks. Once a space is available, we will send you a text message with a link to become a member. You will have 24 hours to claim your membership spot before your spot is offered to someone else.

What is the £50 payment used for?
The £50 payment is an annual fee charged to all members. The £50 is also offered as credit to any purchaser you want to make in a KTH Drop.
Will my £50 payment be credited to any purchase I make?
Yes - the £50 payment you make when you register to become a KTH member is used as credit towards any purchase you make. When you renew your membership a year later, this fee is also credited to your membership.
Does the £50 credit on my account expire?
You will have 6 months to use the £50 credit on your account.
Can I gift a KTH membership to someone?
Yes - of course you can. Just follow these simple steps.
- Signup to the KTH Waitlist with your details
- Once you have received the membership invitation, enter your details in the registration form
- Make sure to check the the “This is a gift” checkbox
- Then enter the gift recipients details in the section that appears.
If I miss a KTH drop, is there an archive I can shop from?
Yes - there is an archive available for our members only. It has a list of all our past drops, however not all items from a drop will be available in the archive as availability is completely dependent on whether there is any stock left.
Can I return items purchased in a KTH drop?
Due to the items in each drop being heavily discounted, refunds are not possible, however, we will offer exchanges if the items received were damaged on delivery.
How often do KTH drops happen?
We always aim to do at least two drops a month, but this can vary based on stock.
What kinds of products are sold in KTH drops?
Our current offering varies between designer bags as well as couture clothing and accessories.
